About Us

Bill Lucas has been in the industry since 1999. He is both a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Canadian Association of Property & Home Inspectors as well as Nationally Certified. He is trained to perform both residential and commercial inspections.

Jennifer Lucas left the inspection side of the business in 2004 to head our Energy Division. Since that time she has become a trainer and is currently providing existing residential and new home energy evaluations.
