At AmeriSpec, we offer a simple, no fine print guarantee. Because if you're not satisfied, neither are we.

Attend your AmeriSpec home inspection and if, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the Quality of our service, just tell your inspector before you leave and we’ll either make it right or you don’t pay for the inspection.

In addition, we’ll pay $50 towards the cost of another professional home inspector to perform a second inspection.

That’s our iron-clad, no fine print guarantee to You.

How Can We Guarantee our Service?

It’s easy. We don’t rush and we talk to you about our findings as we inspect your new home. We typically don’t perform more than two inspections a day per inspector. This allows us to take our time and do a thorough, professional inspection.

This also means that we don’t perform $200 inspections. But you don’t want a cheap inspection; because it may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy. It may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.

Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is the reason they’re cheap.

Here’s how it works:

If you attend the entire inspection and at the end of the home inspection, you are not pleased with our service, just tell us why, return the inspection binder and report to us and you do not have to pay for the inspection. Simple as that!

In addition, we will reimburse you $50 towards another home inspection of your choice. Just provide us a receipt from another professional home inspector.
