Our inspector was Denise Larocque. We had no idea what to expect being first time home buyers. Denise made the entire process very comfortable for us, start to finish. Very thorough and professional, yet very personable, taking time to explain many things about home ownership and care of the house. Answering any questions we had as well as explaining a lot of things we would never had though to ask.
The binder and all enclosed information is a definite bonus.
