About us
As owners, we live in South Etobicoke and we take great pride in supporting and servicing our community. We are more than a local service you can trust in; we are also part of Canada’s leading certified home inspection and energy evaluation service. We put quality first, as we provide Home Inspections, WETT Inspections (Wood Energy Technology Transfer), New Home Warranty Inspections, Commercial Inspections, and Energy Evaluations to the homes and buildings in Toronto West, Etobicoke and Mississauga. Our inspectors are certified and utilize state-of-the-art inspection equipment to deliver a comprehensive computer generated report which is sent electronically or may be printed on-site. Our inspectors are also very friendly and approachable and are willing to answer any questions you may have during the home inspection. We encourage active participation.
Roger Orvis is the owner of this AmeriSpec franchise and is a Registered Home Inspector with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.
